Publishing Workflows
Overview
Share a Workflow with the Floyo community, or keep it private on your team’s homepage.
You publish from a successful run, not from the canvas graph alone. Any successful run from the past 24 hours can be used — yours or a teammate’s.
Prerequisites
- Author your Workflow in the canvas.
- Complete at least one successful run in the last 24 hours.
If there are no eligible runs, the publish dialog explains that and asks you to run the Workflow first.
How to Publish

Click Publish in the top right. The publish popup will open.
The selected run is what gets published: its graph, settings, and the assets used in that run.
Publishing to Team (Default)

The default destination is always Publish to team, regardless of which account context you're working in. All plans, including Free, can publish privately.
- Keep Publish to team selected (it is selected by default).
- Choose a successful run from the past 24 hours:
- My Runs — runs you created.
- Team Runs — successful runs from anyone on the team.
- Click Continue.
- Publish a new Workflow or update an existing one.
- Fill in Workflow details (title, description, tags).
- Click Publish. Your Workflow is published to your team's private homepage.
Publishing to Community

To publish your Workflow publicly instead:
- Select Publish to Community.
Your Workflow will be visible to all Floyo users on the Discover page.
When you publish publicly, all assets used in the selected run become publicly available. That includes input images, videos, audio, LoRAs, and other files referenced by the run. Floyo copies them to public storage (community_inputs and community_models) so anyone can run the Workflow.
Do not publish to Community if those files should stay private. Use Publish to team instead.
Confirming Public vs Private
You can always check the URL of the Workflow:
URL pattern | Visibility |
|---|---|
Contains a team name (e.g. /my-team-account/workflows/) | Private — nested in your team account |
No team name | Public — available to the community |
After Publishing
Once published, your Workflow:
- Appears on Discover (if public) or your team homepage (if private)
- Goes through the verification process
- Gets a shareable link
- Can be updated with new versions
See Updating Existing Workflows for how to publish updates.
Tips & best practices
- Test thoroughly. Run the Workflow more than once before publishing, then pick the run you want people to see.
- Write a clear description so others know what the Workflow does.
- Add relevant tags so it is easier to find.
- Include sample outputs so users know what to expect.
- For Community publishes, double-check that every input and model in the selected run is okay to share.
Troubleshooting
No eligible runs in the publish dialog? You can only publish from successful runs created in the last 24 hours. Run the Workflow again, then reopen Publish.
Can't find my privately published Workflow? Check your team’s private homepage. Team Workflows do not appear on Discover.
Workflow not appearing after publishing? Allow a few minutes, then refresh Discover (public) or the team homepage (private).
