Teams, Members & Billing
Team settings overview
Team Settings is where you manage everything about your team: who's on it, what they can do, and how much you're spending. Only owners and admins can access it.
To get there: click your profile icon > select your team > click Settings.
Inviting members
Go to Members & Invitations. Enter an email address and assign a role. The person gets an invite. Once they accept, they're part of the team and can access team workflows, models, and pages.
The three roles
Role | What they can do | What they can't do |
|---|---|---|
Owner | Everything. Billing, members, settings, workflows, pages | Nothing restricted |
Admin | Same as owner, minus removing other owners | Remove or change owner roles |
Member | Run workflows, access team files, manage their own workflows | Access settings, billing, or invite members |
Start everyone as a member. Promote to admin only when someone needs to manage settings or invite people. Keep the owner count low.
Understanding billing
Go to Plans & Billing to see:
- Your current subscription plan
- Flotime balance (GPU credits)
- Flex Flotime purchases (pay-as-you-go top-ups)
- API wallet (if you use the Floyo API)
GPU usage is pooled across the team. Everyone draws from the same Flotime balance. This makes budgeting simple: one pool, one bill.
Tracking GPU usage
The Usage tab shows:
- Total GPU time consumed over a date range
- Daily breakdown chart
- Per-member usage statistics
Use this to spot patterns. If one team member is burning through credits, you can check their run history (Lesson 2) to understand what's driving it.
Enterprise teams get simplified billing managed directly through Floyo. No self-service plan changes needed. Contact your account manager for adjustments.
Setting your team URL
In General settings, set your team name and custom URL. This URL is what team members see and what appears in shared links. Set it early and keep it clean.
FAQ
Can I have multiple teams?
Yes. Each team is a separate workspace with its own billing, members, and storage. Useful for agencies managing multiple clients, or companies with separate departments.
What happens if we run out of Flotime?
Generations pause until you add more. You can purchase Flex Flotime (one-time top-ups) or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allocation.
Can I remove a team member?
Yes. Owners and admins can remove members from the Members & Invitations page. Their personal workflows stay with their account, but they lose access to team resources.
Is there role-based access control beyond the three roles?
The three roles (owner, admin, member) cover most team needs. For more granular access control, custom permissions, or SSO integration, talk to the enterprise team at [email protected].
